More document cleanup

All,

Further merges in the documents today...  Please review the STIX Cover Page document for links to the documents and where things are.  As we move closer and closer to transitioning to a real OASIS Word Document Template, we need to move things around and merge them down.  We originally broke them up in to separate documents to help identify all of the pieces and figure out where things should go.  Now that we have done that, it is time to do cleanup.

So we now have the following documents....  

• STIX 2.0-Core
• STIX2.0-TLOs
• STIX2.0-2c(Potential TLOs)
• STIX2.0-3(Vocab & Appendix)
