It just seems to me that we are revisiting something that was discussed at length,
explicitly designed to be 'by reference' to enable scalability, that covered all the issues that people had previously, where one person is mentioning this as an issue for a subset of the community.
For that reason I would like to see how many people believe that it is an issue. If it is a sizeable percentage, then we should revisit it - otherwise we leave it the way it is, and it is up to the specific sharing communities to
extend STIX using custom fields.
I motion that we have a ballot that asks if the data marking section is acceptable just the way it is.
