I agree with most of what has been proposed as being important but I would ask that we don't bite off too much for STIX 2.1 that it takes an extra 6 months to get out.  My priorities are as follows.

1. Add the Incident Object
2. Add the Incident Object
3. Add the Incident Object
4. Improve the Malware object
5. Everything else
