DESCRIPTION:IEP-SIG IEP 2.0 Meeting #1\n\nFor the first meeting we will go 
 through a high level overview of IEP\, and then go through the IEP 2.0 Fram
 ework document. We'll answer any questions\, and ask for any feedback on IE
 P 2.0\, and if people can see any improvements.\n\nIn order to contribute t
 o the IEP-SIG\, you need to have signed either the FIRST Uniform IPR[1]\, o
 r the OASIS IPR [2] Intellectual Property Rights agreements. Our understand
 ing is that the OASIS and FIRST Joint MOU [3] allows OASIS and FIRST member
 s to easily participate in each other's meetings\, and that the IPR agreeme
 nts are extended to each organization as well through this MoU.\n\nFor this
  reason\, we recommend that all participants in the call should have signed
  either the OASIS or FIRST IPR forms (the FIRST IPR is preferred). If you h
 ave not signed either IPR forms\, please visit the FIRST.org website\, down
 load and sign the FIRST Uniform IPR form\, and then send it to first-sec@fi
 rst.org.\n\nYou may join the call without signing the forms above\, but you
  will not be able to contribute. Therefore we *strongly* recommend that you
  sign the FIRST Uniform IPR form if you wish to participate in the IEP-SIG.
