I am seeking authorization to collaborate with the FFRDC community to complete a very special project. The Our Candor project is comprised of an Information Sharing and Social Media website that can be leveraged by various data collectors for strategic analysis, trending behaviors, proactively mitigating commoditized threats, etc. Data can be easily captured within the backend platform and continually shared at real-time. Through the Our Candor social media platform, data sharing communities would become better aware of threat-related actions, behaviors, capabilities, intents, attributed actors, etc. Would you kindly place me on your calendar for the earliest date and time that is most convenient for you.
