python-stix 1.1.1.8 Released

Hi everyone-

 

I just published python-stix version 1.1.1.8 on PyPI [1]. This release enables Python 3 support for the stix1.1.1 branch (which allows processing of STIX 1.1.1 content in Python 3). To do this, it incorporates the “mixbox” library, which versions 1.2.0.1 and later also use for processing STIX 1.2 content.

 

Although the internals of the python-stix library changed significantly between 1.1.1.7 and 1.1.1.8, there should be no impact on typical code that uses python-stix. If your code leverages internals of python-stix in non-standard ways, it might not be a transparent upgrade.
