RE: STIX Geotagging for 2.0

STIX and TAXII are governed by the OASIS CTI TC membership and therefore any such change would require approval by the TC. I think your best course of action would be to advocate for their inclusion in STIX 2.1 through the OASIS comment mechanism provided for those who are not members of the TC.
