[ANN] New releases of mixbox, python-cybox, and python-stix

Hi everyone, 

We've recently released some new versions of the Python libraries for STIX 1 and CybOX 2:

- mixbox 1.0.3 - https://pypi.org/project/mixbox/1.0.3/
- cybox 2.1.0.17 - https://pypi.org/project/cybox/2.1.0.17/ 
- stix 1.2.0.5 (for STIX 1.2) - https://pypi.org/project/stix/1.2.0.5/
- stix 1.1.1.10 (for STIX 1.1.1) - https://pypi.org/project/stix/1.1.1.10/ 

The fixes primarily address issues discovered when converting older XML-based STIX content to STIX 2 (using the cti-stix-elevator), so be sure to update if you run into any problems with the older versions.
