Propose the creation of an OUTREACH subcommittee

Purpose: To work on outreach efforts, adoption, implementation strategies and best practices

Proposed Deliverables: 

• ​Documents relating to interoperability
• Tracking of projects and their implementations
• Working on certification process for implementations
• Documents relating to adoption and on-boarding with new implementations and integrations
• Best practices for interoperability 
• Maintain outreach and work with international ISACs, ISAOs etc. 
• Evangelizing STIX/TAXII/CYBOX across the intel supply and tech vendor space
