Hi Aharon,

After talking to the Embassy Suites and doing
further digging, there is a SuperShuttle option
from the airport.  You can book for $20 one-way
at: http://www.supershuttle.com/.   SuperShuttle
transit times can be variable, but GoogleMaps
indicates the automobile transit distance as
18 miles and a time without traffic as 30 minutes.

Plugging in the Embassy Suites and meeting
venues in GoogleMaps yields a walk distance
of 0.8 miles and a time of 15 minutes.

Uber is also available.
