Cybersecurity Act of 2015 (eBooks)

Hi, 

I have created eBook versions of "Cybersecurity Act of 2015" 
based on the HTML file from 

  H.R.2029 - Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016
  https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/2029/text

as my small personal winter break project (so that I can read it
on my flights to Tampa). 
It is complete with cover, table of contents, internal/external links 
and colophon except for ToC of Google Play Books, which does not 
handle ePub 3 navigation documents well. .

Three eBook files are attached:

  "Cybersecurity Act of 2015.mobi" for Kindle Apps/Devices
  "Cybersecurity Act of 2015-iBooks.epub" for iBooks
  "Cybersecurity Act of 2015.epub" 
    for Google Play Books, Adobe Digital Editions, Kobo eBooks
