Well-said, John. In my experience, what you choose to say "no" to
influences the likelihood of a successful outcome as much (if not more
so) than what you say "yes" to.

Let's stay laser-focused on pragmatic, iterative improvement and not
allow ourselves to get side-tracked on a quixotic quest for
perfection.
