I am not sure if it belongs as a "mini group" or if it belongs to each SC, but I would like to propose we formulate a committed list of which concepts for each SC are going to be targeted for the MVP, because IMO of late we have been occasionally straying off course, and in many cases it is unclear on if the topic is actually required for MVP or not. I then realized I actually can't find a list of what is MVP targeted listed anywhere, which does not help.

Having a solid list for each SC of what is required for MVP and what is not, would be very helpful for people to see and debate (is X truly needed for MVP, etc) and also help us focus our efforts on the truly important topics, and delay ones that could be done in a revision update later this year or next year.

Hi All,
 
During the CTI call tomorrow we will discuss versioning, more specifically implicit vs explicit relationships. During this discussion it will be beneficial to identify:

· What’s the difference?
o With Implicit Relationships - as a version is updated, the relationships of the former as passed along to the latter.
o With Explicit Relationships - as a version is updated, it is new with no prior relationships.
· Is there any use-case/rationale for either?
o Arguably one can state they both can result in a version update where the relationships of the former exist in the latter.
· Should they be mutually exclusive?
