Please review the CybOX Core draft specification

Greetings, members of the CTI TC -

The CybOX SC has been working furiously this week to polish up the
CybOX Core draft spec. (For those of you who have been closely
following the work within the CybOX SC, you may safely disregard this
mail.)

We feel that this work [0] is close enough to a final draft to merit
soliciting review and feedback from the wider TC.

Please note that sections 5.1.3 (Object Relationships) and 5.1.4
(Object Extensions) are only partially complete and will likely evolve
pending the final review of the CybOX Objects themselves, which should
hopefully be completed by Friday 22 July.
