Hey, Bret -

Don't you mean a Github *organization*, not a project?

If so, either OASIS pays for it or somebody else (Symantec?) does.
Unless OASIS pays for it and administers it as a neutral third party,
I'm not sure folks will be entirely comfortable with a setup
controlled by an individual vendor.
