Should I have added spaces to replace the square brackets so it would
of been even harder to tell the difference? :)

[ipv4-addr:value = '192.0.2.5'] AND [ipv4-addr:value = '192.0.2.10']
and
[ipv4-addr:value = '192.0.2.5'  AND  ipv4-addr:value = '192.0.2.10']
