The only JSON schemas I’m aware of are in this repository[1] . I am one of the maintainers of that repository. Note that these are not official TC work products, but rather an “OASIS TC Open Repository” [2], which has slightly different contribution and IPR rules (generally less restrictive).

 

There is some work towards STIX 2.1 in the ‘stix2.1’ branch [3], but we aren’t planning on working on them much more until the first CSD is released. If you’re interested in helping update them, please let me know!
