Here are the meeting notes from the working call today.  We covered the Infrastructure SDO; specifically how observed-data could be handled. The outcome of this is important because it may also affect the Malware and Incident objects moving forward.  This references back to the proposal that Gary Katz and Jeffrey Mates made about a month ago.
