For the record, the TAXII motion was already made and seconded. But I will do it again so they can be easily found together in the email archives.

I move that the TC approve TAXII 2.1 WD03 and all associated artifacts packaged together in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=63925&wg_abbrev=cti as a Committee Specification Draft (CSD) and designate the MS Word version of the specification as authoritative.

Hi all,

The editors feel like we’re in a good place to vote on our first CSD for STIX 2.1. We’ve resolved all of the comments on WD01 and have reverted some of the speculative changes from WD02. Thanks to everyone for your review of the documents, comments, suggestions, and participation. If this sounds good and my motion below gets a second, the plan would be to open a ballot to approve the CSD tomorrow and keep it open for 2 weeks. CSD ballots require a full majority so I’d ask that you please review the documents and vote once the ballot is open. As you’ve probably seen from Bret, there will also be a concurrent ballot to approve a TAXII CSD.
