Today's CTI TC working call is cancelled

Hi, y'all -

Due to the fact that the vast majority of the folks who have been
driving the ongoing Cyber Observables development work are unable to
join today's working call do to travel and other work commitments, the
consensus among the TC co-chairs was to cancel today's working call.
