Release of STIX 2.1 Working Draft 05 and Motion for CSD02 plus Public Review

The editors are pleased to announce the release of STIX 2.1 Working Draft 05. This version has been uploaded to kavi [1], and the Google Doc version has been locked down to prevent further edits or comments.  

At this time we would like to proceed with moving STIX 2.1 forward, as such:

I move that the OASIS CTI TC:

1) Approve STIX 2.1 Working Draft 05 and all associated artifacts packaged together in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=65602&wg_abbrev=cti as a Committee Specification Draft (CSD 02) and designate the word version of the specification as authoritative and further direct the Chairs to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable.

2) Approve submitting STIX 2.1 Working Draft 05 contained in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=65602&wg_abbrev=cti for the first 30-day public review and further direct the Chairs to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable. The public review period will begin immediately after the CSD02 ballot has successfully passed and closed.
