Seconding the nomination of Richard Struse for TC co-chair

Hey, y'all -

Rich is not only the father of STIX and TAXII, but he remains deeply
committed to this community after all these years, and to ensuring
that this gathering of like-minded (well, often enough!) people
remains on a solid footing so that we may thrive in collaboration
throughout the years to come.

Not the least amongst his many virtues, Rich is a cat-herder
extraordinaire.

Therefore I hereby second the nomination of Richard Struse for CTI TC
co-chair.
