Members of the soon-to-be-launched CXS TC,

My apologies, I should have made this clear to everyone earlier.

Please refrain from submitting documents or engaging in any substantive discussions on the TC email list until after the election of the chairs at the first meeting.

Until then, the TC is not deemed under the OASIS process to have started. The list should only be used for logistical topics and the like in getting the first meeting started.

Once the chairs have been seated, the TC is officially launched and, at that point, Contributions can be made and work can begin.
