Subject: Fwd: [dcml-adoption] URGENT: Draft Configuration Management Charter ...
It appears to me that, once you've finalized this charter, the best way to proceed is to submit it as an amendment narrowing the DCML Framework TC charter, so that the TC has continuous existence under our rules (no restart delay, no loss of IP). I also assume that the DCML-Adoption charter should be re-launched (with whatever additions of names the group may wish) now, tweked to refer to the revised TC. I will attend the joint TC call today in order to assist in confirming your plans.
