- Email may be shared with the client sponsor in an effort to best manage the client interests.

- Email that may indicate actions including Felony shall not be protected by NDA, as Law Supersedes any such agreement

As United States citizens, we enforce the obligation to report any form of fraud or suspected criminal activity.  This practice supersedes any business or client consultant agreement and is true for all United States citizens.

 

Where increased confidentiality is required PB&SP will provides password protected SFTP and file directories for our clients.  While outbound mail travels across RCN.COM, managed inbound via secure server and stored behind the phoenix firewall.  Our retention policy maintains business communications for seven years and client information for 90 days post engagement.  Negotiations and scope of service are among record of business as maintained for seven years.
