I would not object to adding language to the charter stating that we will reuse or reference relevant work from other groups, particulaely cim. We did this in the original spec, and it worked well.

Darrel,

I still don't understand what you are looking for in a taxonomy that
is not in CIM. In any event, the relationship to CIM should be clarified
so there is not duplication.

Some changes to the charter are suggested in the attached document.
