dita.xml.org -- Focus Area for DITA at OASIS, editorial board, vision is easy-to-find information, need additional help

Su_Laine Yeo -- envirions a wikipedia for DITA.

Joe Gelb - updating the OT PDF2 

XLIFF/DITA Webinars planned for the end of September -- JoAnn will send description

Template update for member and public page is at docs.oasis-open.org/templates

Charter clarification (SVG note) -- need a formal vote on the change

Scott Tsao -- need DITA resource online
