COMPLETED. Committee members who have sent Robert Anderson comments about the DITA 1.2 Language Specification, let Gershon know. He will update the review page. Adoption TC members need to review the list (sign-up sheet for 1.2 feature articles) and make sure that it is correct. They should sign up if they have not already done so (and have the time and inclination to do this work). Adoption TC members should review the SWOT analysis with business focus. Adoption TC members also should add comments to the Author and IT pages. Adoption TC members should review both documents. We will discuss the topic about improved link management on 8 December 2008. We will discuss the article about the DITA 1.2 task model on 5 January 2009. Gershon to edit David's review comments and sent to DITA TC People to continue reviewing the focus area site and adding their comments to the Wiki page. Clear up any misconceptions about the nature of the spec. RECURRING ITEM: Call for users of DITA 1.2 OASIS needs a list of organizations that intend to use one or more DITA 1.2 features RECURRING ITEM: Continue defining the TC activities and roadmap for 2009. Add to the SWOT analysis wiki, which we will turn into a best practice document Work with the Matthew Varghese on use cases for DITA. Add to the wiki on this subject Review JoAnn's article on the 1.2 specification and Kristen's page (moved from the DITA TC to the Adoption TC) Review the proposed changes for the dita.xml.org on the wiki. Discuss plans for assisting the DITA TC with the documentation for the multiple packages for DITA 1.2. We now have multiple wiki pages for the issues that we are discussing. Several of these should lead to best practice documents.
