JoAnn moved to approve previous minutes, Kristen seconded and none objected.

Sowmyas document about Keyref was discussed. Kristen suggested a few minor changes. Sowmya will update the document and send updated versions for publication.

Sowmya moved to approve the publication of the Keyref feature description article, Gershon seconded and none objected. 

The final version of Sowmyas article will be first published in http://dita.xml.org. Gershon will check with Robert Anderson if there are stylesheets with OASIS look and feel.

Kristen suggested designing a standard style for future publications of this TC. Action Item: Kristen to check where to publish official documents produced by this TC.

Kristen will send an announcement to the dita-users group at Yahoo! once the document is available at http://dita.xml.org

The list of pending articles about DITA 1.2 features published in the wiki was reviewed. Kristen will take care of the Conref by push article that Su-Laine Yeo was supposed to write.

Action Item: JoAnn to put the documents about acronyms prepared by the DITA Translation subcommittee and Kara Warburtons article about glossaries under the umbrella of this TC. 

Gershon and JoAnn will work on the wiki page about DITA facts to consider and will try to summarize compliance and other details to complete business item 2 on the agenda.

JoAnn updated the TC on the status of the discussion about the DITA OpenToolkit that is happening at OASIS administrative level. It seems that the toolkit should not be considered a reference implementation. Contributions to the OpenToolkit cannot be done officially as TC, but there is no obstacle individually collaborating with the DITA Open Toolkit project at Sourceforge.

It was agreed that in future publications we may need a disclaimer indicating that tools mentioned in the article are not endorsed by OASIS and this TC.
