Yes, I know, that's why I was asking (I know SC work is reviewed
by the TC), but our charter does say:

 The DITA Adoption TC intends ... to actively communicate the work
 of the Adoption TC [to the DITA TC].

and I know we discussed the relationship between the two TCs when 
we started the Adoption TC, so I just couldn't remember the practice 
we decided on.
