DITA 1.1 feature articles

In previous meetings we've discussed the need to write some feature articles for DITA 1.1 functionality. I've added the 3 features that were added in DITA 1.1 to the feature article sign-up page:

Please consider writing an article. If you would like to do so, please add your name to the page and/or let me know of your intention to volunteer. I'd like us to assign authors to these next meeting. To get folks into the volunteering spirit, I have volunteered for the DITAVAL article!
