Hi Paul, I have been working through Chris' comments and the ones from you I received earlier. I must say Chris has done a very thorough review and highlighted a few areas that need more clarifications. I wanted to have a new version ready before today's meeting but I think it is better if I send the next version to Chris first. Anyway we can discuss that today.
