RE: [dita-adoption] Sign-up sheet for volunteers to review the DITA 1.2 spec, draft #3

In many parts of the spec, the changes for draft 3 are quite substantial -- total rewrites in fact. We don't have change bars or the like. Since the 3rd review is hopefully the draft we submit to OASIS public review and propose as a standard, we feel that it's best to ask folks to re-read the entire spec with a fine-toothed comb.

Is there anything in draft #3 showing changes compared to draft #2?  Or do we just have to reread the entire spec once again with a fine-toothed comb?

The review will not be opening until Tuesday, 8 December, so don't expect to be able to download a draft until then.

Gershon and JoAnn, how can we handle review comments from DITA Adoption TC members who are NOT also members of the DITA TC? Will people need to use the public comment function?
