DITA Compliance Scheme

Greetings colleagues

I have extended the page in the Wiki about selecting tools
(http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita-adoption/factSheet) to a linked sub-page
discussing the possibility of a third-party compliance certification scheme.
The new page (http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita-adoption/ComplianceScheme)
also has the start of a matrix of features that might be used to define
compliance.

This is obviously very much a work-in-progress, but please contribute, add
or comment as you see fit.
