I understand that OASIS mandates that SC discussions take place using
the email aliases that are archived in MarkMail on the OASIS site.
'Private' BusDocs SC email exchanges ran into criticism for this.
Likewise, our use of Basecamp for SC ideas was a no-no, we have to use
the OASIS wiki.
