Review Open Action Items 006 - Rodolfo has published the draft on his website for our review. Needs to be put in the official layout. Bryan Schnabel has given some feedback and JoAnn will incorporate it. CLOSED 0009 - Marc is currently has some minor questions and checking that he wants to make on the tool article so far. Proposes that he circulate the draft within this group for feedback. Updating due date to June 6 and revisit it then for a proposed CLOSE at that meetingand replace with an agenda item (for draft review) for the next agenda. 5 Business 1 ITEM: New Keyref article Keep open to discuss with Kris Eberlein in next meeting 2. Item: Review Feature Article assignments Need new volunteer for Feature 12020: Generic Element - Bruce Nevin Feature 12021 - possibly need new volunteer as Sowmya cannot attend the DITA adoption meeting dues to a conflict. Gershon will contact her to see if that conflict is going to continue longterm Other Feature Articles - "Using XLIFF For Translating DITA Projects" - update the Other Feature Articles table to reflect that there is a draft out for review. Other Feature Articles - "Creating glossaries in DITA 1.2" - Kara is no longer an OASIS member. Need to find a new volunteer - Gershon mentioned that he may take it on. Other Feature Articles -ACTION ITEM - Gershon to speak with Tony about the "Marking up Syntax in DITA" article Other Feature Articles - "DITA 1.2 elements which need Styling" - need new volunteer. Gershon stated he's probably the best person to take this on, but it would need to wait until he can get to it. Improvements to map composition - Feature 12047: Conveniences for Map References - ACTION ITEM: Bruce to post the draft article for review 5. Recurring Item 2. Asian Adoption Subcommittee - Matt give update - will send out the committee presentation out for review - intend to localize so that it can be put on YouTube. There seems to be a misunderstanding about DITA in India, which is slowing interest in adoption. Will be addressed by subcommittee. Will be more updates in the next meeting. New OASIS Admin - Committee chairs will be meeting with him in June to discuss suggestions for OASIS processes. This event is one in a list of recurring events.
