Hi JoAnn,

Regarding the following entry in the minutes:

Don and JoAnn will review Don's proposed rephrasing to preserve the particular concerns around the importance
of using catalogs ot validate. Note the two OASIS catalog standards.

My understanding was that after you and Don review the rewording, you share it with Rodolfo for his comment/approval. Also, please change "ot" to "to".
