Thanks for the link; good, useful information!

I think maybe the following DITA features could be added:

• keyref mechanism, especially for variable text. Some folks are using this now instead of conrefs ...
• @translate attribute. I've seen instances of companies who diligently apply translate="no" to elements, but the LSP goes ahead and translates ... Some of the translation software doesn't seem to have good ability to show or handle DITA attributes.
