The charter of this subcommittee looks reasonable to me.
My only comment is that I do not understand the title "DITA Adoption Focus Area SC". Why isn't it something-something "dita.xml.org" something-something?
(And does the answer to my question have any bearing on what the contents of the charter should be?)
