Revised Version of "What I Learned from the DITA Listening Sessions (Part 1)"

Hello folks:

With thanks to Bob Thomas, I have updated the "Transition from conrefs to keys is a Real Problem for Mature DITA Users" section in the article, as he helped clarify what the major refactoring problem is in this area. 

Working on Part 2 now.

Question to the group: is this something we can publish as part of the DITA Adoption Group in some form? It's not a white paper, more an article with recommendations. Your thoughts welcome.
