Subject: Discussion About a Possible Online-only Version of the DITA Listening Sessions

Hello there:
Yesterday I had a meeting with Kathy Madison of CIDM to talk about the possibility of doing an online-only version of the DITA Listening Sessions. (What I have informally been calling the "DITA Jamboree"). I'd like to put this on the agenda for the next DITA Adoption meeting.
Tentative date: sometime during the week of July 17th
Looking at least two separate sessions, one for east coast, one for the west coast. Possibly a third one to cover Europe. To be held either on a single day or done on separate days depending on committee members' availability. Timing could be either lunchtime (one hour) or end-of-day (4-6pm local, two hours).
I have some additional details but I figure the logistics are worth knowing up front so that we have a basis for discussion.
