In the registration information and in the registration form, we let folks indicate if they want to contribute to the conversation or just listen in.  The contributors will be un-muted for the Webinar and the Listeners will be muted.

Hi all,

 

Yesterday’s email blast generated lots of registrations for the listening session.  However, very few contributors.  As we get closer to the webinar dates, if the contributors count is still low, I will send an email to all participants letting them know there is still room to be a contributor and if we don’t get the contributor count up we’ll cancel the webinar (or something like that).  Here’s the numbers so far:

 

Europe: 21 registrations, 1 contributor

East Coast: 32 registrations, 2 contributors

West Coast: 25 registrations, 1 contributors
