A. 2018 Whitepaper Plans
   1. AI/Stan: Move items in the Confluence planning page
      to ATC JIRA tracker. 
   2. AI/Scott: Bail Stan out if he messes up. 
   3. AI/Stan: Update Keith's whitepaper records on 
      keymap management and metadata management. Tag
      with Q2/2018 targets.

B. 2018 Listening Sessions
   1. Consider organizing listening sessions along the
      following lines:
      a. In-person listening sessions in stragetic locations
         such as Autin, Toronto, and the Bay Area. 
      b. Online listening sessions focused on specific 
         questions.
      c. Online listening sessions focused on specific 
         roles:
         > Managers
         > Toolsmiths
         > Information Architects
         > Writers
         > Editors
      d. Conference venues:
         > CIDM NA
           AI/Kathy: Touch base with Dawn about options for 
           a listening session at the conference. 
   2. Austin
      AI/Joe: Touch base with Central Texas DITA User 
      Group
   3. Toronto
      AI/Keith: Touch base with Toronto-area MeetUp
      and user groups.
   4. Bay Area
      AI/Stan: Reach out to Bay Area User Groups. Explore
      setting up three on-site meetings in multiple 
      locations. 
   5. Broomfield
      AI/Scott: Reach out to the local groups.
      If Ft. Collins/Boulder/Denver/Broomfield folks can meet,
      consider maybe an Oracle site (Stan).

C. DXO Updates
   AI/Keith: Work with Congility to determine a good time to
   launch the new site (CIDM NA??).
   AI/Keith: Work with OASIS about the URL redirection issues
   when the new DXO is up and running. 

D. LwDITA Engagement
   Team: Wait until the Committee Note is finalized and then
   ask waht sorts of exampels or whitepapers might help
   people. 

E. SlideShare Update
   Keith shared that he has uploaded 7 slide stacks to
   SlideShare/DITA. He has 10 more in the queue. 
 
F. ATC Meetings
   Cancelled Monday, January 1, 2017
