1. Stan: Email Greg and Keith with following suggested replacement 
   copy for the Forum description:
   "This forum is a prototype site intended for users of the 
    DITA standard . . .."

2. Listening sessions:
   - Stan: Finalize the Bay Area dates and locations.
   - Scott: Finalize the CO date. 
   - Stan: Update the CIDM handout accordingly.

3. Team: Continue to test Keith's sample LwDITA samples at:
   - https://github.com/DITAwriter/LwDITA_Code_Samples
   - DITA-OT-3.0.3 has many relevant enhancements. 

4. Keith - Draft the outline for the LwDITA whitepaper and
   circulate it to the ATC. 

5. Kathy and Stan - Coordinate the ATC whitepaper submissions
   to CIDM to include with the conference app. 

6. JIRA tickets:
   - Create a story for Stefan to share some information re: people
     moving from unstructured Framemaker to DITA. This content may
     serve as input to a potential whitepaper on unstructured 
     Framemaker migration. 
   - Create a story for Stan, Scott, and other interested parties 
     to meet to brainstorm on common-denominator tasks for team 
     migrating to DITA from linear environments such as Word,
     Framemaker, and DocBook. 
 
7. CIDM DITA NA handouts:
   - Stan: Bug people to get the information need for a final update
     next meeting

8. Add to the agenda:
   - Stefan on Adobe DITA World 2018 (10-10-2018 10-12-2018).
