Joe: Verify that the WebEx login is happy.

Stan/Kathy: Get together to look at the current listening session
     planning boilerplate.

All: Review the Mitchell B-25 sample DITA collection at:

     Identify enhancements to improve and extend its usefulness.

Keith: Continue progress on "How keys should be implemented" 
       whitepaper (Q1).

All: Provide additional feedback to Stan on his badging whitepaper 
     draft.

Stan: Circulate a summary of feedback and updated draft before the 
      next ATC meeting (02-05-2019).

Joe: Touch base with the large truck manufacturer about sample
     content -- as appropriate. 

Stan: Continue progress on the first draft of "DITA Migration 
      Best Practices for Small Teams".

All: Consider a separate whitepaper on DITA 1.3 flagging in general. 
     - Revision marking

      for DITA NA.

Stan: Update the OASIS meeting calendar.
