Review Extended -- Content Badging With OASIS DITA

On Monday afternoon (02-18-2019) I plan to roll up the feedback that I have received to date on the second draft of the content badging grey-paper (see below). Work weeks being what they are, let me know if you expect to have some time over the long weekend to look at it.

Hi all --

I have made significant revisions to the draft whitepaper on badging. To my knowledge, I have incorporated all the feedback that I have received from both OASIS and non-OASIS reviewers. The addition of content about using DITA flagging to implement badging was probably the most prominent update. 

Please send additional comments/corrections to the ATC list by February 15.
