Actually, I have been the DITA Adoption Chair, but recently I switched jobs and had to reapply as an individual member of OASIS. I thought that the process of chairmanship would automatically be transferred, but perhaps the gap from when I left to when I rejoined was too long?

Per the Committee Operations Process, when a TC is without a chair, all work must stop until you elect a new chair. In addition, if it doesn't have a chair for 120 days, TC Admin *may* (not *must* fortunately) close the TC. I see plenty of activity so I'm figuring this is just a minor oversight. But please do me a favor and select someone as chair or co-chairs as soon as possible. I'll sleep easier.Â
