AGENDA

1. TC Vote on the following 08-03-2021 motion discussed and approved for formal vote at the 09-14-2021 Adoption TC meeting. 

MOTION: That the OASIS DITA TC close its activities per OASIS policy of lack "TC Vitality" (https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process-2017-05-26/#tcVitality).  

To conduct a vote, the TC must realize quorum (https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/oasis-defined-terms-2018-05-22/#dQuorum) -- a simple majority of the six voting members in attendance (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dita-adoption/members/roster.php). 

To pass, the motion requires a simple majority vote (https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/oasis-defined-terms-2018-05-22/#dSimpleMajority) of the six voting members (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dita-adoption/members/roster.php).

1. Stan: Update the OASIS meeting attendance rolls for at least the past five meetings.

4. Stan: Forward to the Adoption list the request and invitation to provide feedback on the
