Hi Radu,

I wasn't even worried about continuous (or is the right word contiguous?)
siblings because range brings that idea to the forefront, in my opinion. In
any case, I do agree that the rest of the addressing is unneeded for
@conrefend.

Hi Julio,

Actually, more than this, the range of referenced elements must only contain
continuous consecutive siblings:

following sibling DOM nodes across to and including the end target.

So you also don't need the target topic ID for anything in a DITA processor.
