Subject: <supequip> element
http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/csprd01/part3-all-inclusive/langRef/technicalContent/supequip.html I don’t understand why this element exists. As there’s a <supeqli> which contains <supequi> it makes little sense, especially as DITA allows lists outside of paragraphs and the inheritance of the element is topic/p. It would be preferable to remove this element and rename the remaining structure thusly: <supequipli> <supequip>tool</supequip> <supequip>tool2</supequip> </supequipli> If the intent is to provide a semantic for the case where no list is required, then it makes some sense but it seems, at first blush, to be a little bloat.
